The South Georgia I-75 Corridor
The stretch of I-75 from Valdosta north through Tifton, Cordele, and beyond passes through some of Georgia's most productive agricultural land. The communities along this corridor — Tifton, Adel, Fitzgerald, Cordele — share common characteristics: agricultural economy, significant pecan and pine tree presence, and rural residential properties with mature trees that need periodic professional attention.
We serve this corridor as a natural extension of our South Georgia service area.
What We Handle in This Region
Residential tree work: Homes in Tifton, Fitzgerald, Adel, and the rural areas between them all have routine tree service needs — dead trees, overgrown canopy, storm damage, and trees that have grown too close to structures.
Agricultural and rural property work: Fence-line trees, trees growing over outbuildings and equipment sheds, large pines and pecans on farm parcels. Rural agricultural properties often have trees that have been deferred for years — sometimes decades — before becoming a priority.
Post-storm cleanup: South Georgia's weather pattern produces significant storm activity in spring and summer, and tropical systems moving north through this corridor regularly cause tree damage across the region. We handle post-storm cleanup for both residential and agricultural properties.
The Pecan Connection
This part of South Georgia is significant pecan country. Many residential and rural properties have mature pecan trees — some decades old and quite large. Large pecans near structures occasionally need structural assessment, crown work, or removal. We work with pecans throughout the South Georgia market and are familiar with their particular growth forms and risks.
Reaching This Area
Our Tallahassee base puts us a couple of hours from Tifton and this stretch of the I-75 corridor. For significant jobs — large removals, multiple trees, storm cleanup across an acreage property — we're comfortable with the distance.
